Britannia Beach Trails Association
Acces for all !
The Britannia Beach Trail Association (BBTA) is a registered not-for-profit association run by volunteers with tasks to maintain, develop and advocate for trails in Britannia Beach, BC. We aim to operate and advocate for multiple user groups, representing hiking, mountain biking, trail running, adaptive MTBiking and eMTBiking, by so we are the second organization operating this way in the Sea to Sky corridor, PVTA format. As a collection, the BBTA aims to enhance community recreation through trail building, maintenance, and fostering a sense of belonging among residents and preserve the trail network for everyone to enjoy.
The BBTA respects the vast network of private trails that pre-exists in Britannia (moto trials, hiking, biking etc.). While we focus on exploring new recreation projects, we want to assure the community that we will tread carefully while helping to protect and maintain any pre-existing trails that could get obtain a sanctioned status .
We welcome donations from various organizations that wish to support us; all funds will go towards future projects within the area.

The Starting Point
Opportunity for Growth
We’ve identified several projects to address within Britannia Beach community, as well as the creation of short trail for the not so advance riders(refer to the projects section on our website). We're starting small with local usage improvements.
Getting Those Trails Built!
Ensuring Access for All
We're on a mission to score some grants to spruce up our trails and get the community involved. Safety first, of course! We're also getting all our ducks in a row with insurance to keep everyone covered. And hey, keep an eye out for our website where you can stay in the loop and even chip in to support the cause.
